Ingredients: 12 Jalapeños, Panko bread crumbs, 4 tbsp cream cheese, shredded mixed cheese, 1/2 cup egg whites, 1/8 tsp paprika and 1/8 tsp crushed cayenne pepper.
Steps: Set out three bowls. Combine bread crumbs, cayenne pepper and paprika in the first. Combine cream cheese and shredded cheese in the second, and fill the last one with egg whites.
-Preheat oven to 350
-Slice the peppers in half length wise, leave some seeds for extra taste.
-Fill the peppers with the cheese filling, then dip them in the egg whites.
-Dip them in the panko mixture, and then lay out on pan.
-Cook until nice and golden. (About 25 minutes)
